How does it work?

Telephonic Case Management

• First 2 referrals, professional services are free until resolution and/or 12 months (whichever comes first)

• The file referred must have an objective; example, obtain MMI/RTW full duty/schedule diagnostics etc. If no objective defined, file will close 6-months 1 year after date of referral.

• For every 10th referred (after the initial 2 referred) no fees for professional services until objectives met and/or 12 months (whichever comes first). This is cyclical and ends on April 2027.

Field Case Management

• The 10th referral will be complimentary until objectives met and/or 12 months (whichever comes first). This is cyclical and ends in April 2027.

• The initial 9 referrals are at professional fees, the 10th referral at no cost. This is cyclical as every 10th referred are at no professional fee.
