Telephonic Case Managment

• First 2 referrals, professional services are complementary until resolution and/or 12 months (whichever comes first)

• The file referred must have an objective; example, obtain MMI/RTW full duty/schedule diagnostics etc. If no objective defined, file will close 6 months after date of referral.

• For every 10th referred (after the initial 2 referred) no fees for professional services until objectives met and/or 12 months (whichever comes first). This is cyclical, meaning 10% of the referrals are complementary. Ends April 2027.
