Return to Work Program
Substantial data and research studies confirm that return-to-work (RTW) programs are highly effective in helping claimants return to employment after an injury or illness. This program use early intervention and modified duties to reduce recovery times, lower costs for employers, and improve outcomes for employees
We will find a temporary work for your claimant. A transitional work placement is a short-term job or assignment intended to help individuals build or rebuild the skills, confidence, and experience necessary to join or rejoin the workforce. It can also serve as a step toward returning to a previous role after an injury or illness. These placements are often integrated into broader workforce development programs and play a vital role in supporting individuals who face challenges to gaining or maintaining employment.
Our clients will be informed about their claimant’s clock-in/out, hours work/day, any absence, and performance for the duration of the program.
